Digital Illustration:
The aim of the project was to illustrate a chosen poem, telling this little story through images, which should be coherent both in an open plan (A3 format) and in fanzine format, so that the images also made sense as the pages were turned, just like in a book.
Space Design:
Starting from the chosen poem and the Digital Illustration made, the challenge was to create an Installation, for the exhibition “From the Word to the Object” within the Space Design Module.

from word to drawing
Mini Fanzine made mostly on the basis of Manual Illustration, with subsequent digital assembly with some vector elements.
The printing technique used was Risography, and the illustrations and graphic appearance were developed in accordance with it.

“Amarras”
February 2019, structure in wool and acrylic threads, fixed in wood and bird on balsa board
Oriented by Paulo Arraiano and supported by Catarina Redol
Are not our “safe havens” only comfort zones, composed of a set of diverse situations and circumstances that represent no more than threads to constrain our freedom?
“Amarras” (threads) is an installation about Human Freedom, it is a movement looking for it, with the representation of all the threads that limit us.
Each of us has our own threads, which so often differ in nature, in some cases even assuming the appearance of a fictitious “freedom”.
from word to object:
the model
Before making the final installation, a miniature model was created, made with less thick wire and woolen threads. The birds were made of cardboard.
